Welcome to our online Store. This is our Store Policy. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends! All order made from Friday night to Sunday will go out on Monday or Tuesday. All products listed are guaranteed 100%. If you place an order and the product is not what you need you will be reimbursed for the product only, not the shipping. We appreciate any ideas and look forward to serving all of you. Credit Card Payment The credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. You are not charged for any items that are not in stock. If the credit card is not authorized, you will have the option to call me with a valid credit card or cancel the order. Other Payment Checks and money orders are payable to Modeltyme Designs or Detail Master and are accepted in US dollars only. We process your order as soon as the check/money order is received and cleared. There is a $20.00 penalty charge for each check that is returned or not honored. We also offer you the option to fax, mail, phone or e-mail in your order. Taxes 8% Sales tax is applied to NY State residence only! Shipping We do everything possible to ship in-stock products within 48 hours. Orders are sent via US Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped by small packet mail are insured to a maximum value of US $100. If you wish to insure your order for more than US- $100 you must email me at dtlmaster@frontiernet.net. Please provide an address where the order may be delivered reliably during business hours, such as your office or home. US Post will not reroute the package once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to an incorrect address. Please allow appropriate delivery time. All deliveries are subject to weather holds so that your selections are not damaged by extreme temperatures. Customs delays may also occur for shipments outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges - please check with your local customs office. Tampering with Customs Forms- Some of our customers ask us to lower the value on customs forms and write 'gifts' on the official form. We do recognize that some countries charge HIGH taxes on imports. However, tampering with customs forms is against the law and can carry a tremendous liability for our business. Modeltyme Designs/Detail Master will always show accurate values on customs forms. Our customers need to make their packages small, sometimes breaking them in two parcels to avoid large fees by customs. Return Policy- If for any reason a product from this store does not meet your expectation, send it back to us within 2 weeks of delivery in an unused condition via Insured Mail along with proof of purchase, and we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Most exchanges and returns are processed within 14 days of receipt. Damaged- In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged, please call our customer service number 585-482-0970 and we will send you a replacement or assist you in getting a replacement directly from the manufacturer. In the event that an order shipped by US Postal Service is lost en route, we are required to wait for the claim to be processed which can take up to 2 months. Confidentiality All information collected by Modeltyme Designs/Detail Master is kept confidential. We do not provide our mailing list to any outside organization. We take all the necessary security measures to protect your personal information.
